Designed and implemented a sales concept and marketing program that involved large real estate holdings and included mentoring the Sales Director.  The client’s sales grew from $13,000,000 to reach $1,100,000,000.

Upon request by the publisher, contributed the chapter “What Did I See You Say” to the book Irresistible Leadership, compiling work from leading executive coaches.

Retained to handle the original acquisition and site selection for the Chicago-based firm of Wayne Huizenga, Chairman of Waste Management/Alamo-National Rent A Car, who wanted to open a used auto parts company.  This was opened as LKQ Auto Parts with two locations in Florida and Wisconsin. LQK now has over 1700 locations in 31 countries with over 51,000 employees. LQK’s net worth is in excess of $11.31B.

Retained as an Executive Business Coach for a Hispanic “Buy Here, Pay Here,” Dallas-based company, PAACO, that started with 151 employees and grew to 433 employees; from $11,000,000 in sales to $125,000,000.

Retained by the New China government to assist in an advisory capacity with the development of transportation infrastructure for importing used autos and establishing a program for sales and distribution.

Retained by a Greek investment group under Tom Papcristo to completely restructure a textile mill in Germany by establishing policy, procedures, and training.

Provided expertise to a study & finance group with Cork University, partnering with notables in the Irish auto industry.  The focus was to develop Ireland’s manufacturing systems and facilitate the reclamation process of contaminated fluids and metals.

Served on the Board of Directors at the Bank of Sunset.

Became one of the top developers in Louisiana, handling over $150,000,000 in residential & commercial properties.

Acquired the 1,000,000 sq. ft. facility in St. Martin Parish (formerly a Fruit of the Loom manufacturing facility that had stood vacant for 7 yrs.) and returned it to market 367 days after acquisition.

Purchased a 44-acre tract on i-10 in the city of Scott, LA to develop Destination Point into a power center, including hotels, restaurants, retail, etc.

Acquired a 40-acre commercial tract in upper Lafayette Parish.

Donated a lot from La Bonne Vie subdivision, a premier gated development.  St. Jude’s Dream Home was built there, raising $1,106,000 for St. Jude Research Center in Memphis, TN through donations and ticket sales.  The home had a value of $465,000 and the project was one of St. Jude’s most successful.

Was a key player in securing the $65,000,000 facility in Lafayette for Halliburton.  The plant has an annual payroll of over $8,000,000
